Tip #9…Answer your phone!

This is by far the #1 biggest issue we’ve had with doing marketing for clients.  People don’t answer their phones so they say marketing doesn’t work.

Many times the issue revolves around the front desk NOT doing their job.  IF you invest in agency services or you decide to run ads yourself be sure to get a tracking phone number.

This is a perfect way to make sure your employees are doing their job and it’s a great training tool to improve their sales skills.
