Weekly Lunch Date with Pat!

Read 15-30 minutes per day

Exercise daily

PVT – Prime Vision Time set for every morning when I wake up. No, it’s not watching TV, but actually working on making my vision board a reality. Mornings are the easiest times for me to focus!

Essential Daily Work Tasks – ie: email, social media messages, calls, etc.
